Business was established in February 1988 as Williams Architectural & Planning Services and entered into a two year merger with Onions Bouchard & McCulloch on July 01, 1997 with Victor Williams as the Senior Partner in the merged firm. At the end of the merger, the company has reverted to Williams Architectural with full ownership by Victor Williams.
